Postdoctoral position in structural biology at the ISMB, London

A postdoctoral position is currently available to work in the laboratory of Dr. Cara Vaughan at the Institute of Structural and Molecular Biology, Birkbeck College, London, UK. The aim of the project is to investigate the structure of Hsp90 cochaperone and client complexes using both protein crystallography and electron microscopy. The position is for 3 years and is funded by the BBSRC. Applicants must have a PhD in Structural Molecular Biology or a relevant related field. Experience of multi-protein complex expression and purification, protein crystallography, single particle electron microscopy, or experience of yeast genetics and relevant research publications will be an advantage.
