DECTRIS is a young high-tech company, which globally delivers digital X-ray detectors for
scientific and academic applications. The detectors are based on a novel technology and
produced by our company. Thanks to our active R&D and marketing programmes, we are
continuously expanding our customer and application base. The successful economic
development of the company was acknowledged with the Swiss Economic Award and the
Aargauer Unternehmerpreis in 2010 and 2011, respectively.
In order to match the rapid growth of our company we are looking for a talented and
dynamic
Scientific Sales Person (f/m, 100 %)
Tasks
• Customer acquisition and product presentations
• Technical and scientific consulting
• Participation in the development of an international distributor network
• Representation of the company at conferences and fairs
• Performance and analysis of marketing relevant experiments
• Realisation of customer specific projects
• Participation in the further development of our marketing concept
Requirements
• University degree in natural sciences or engineering
• Experienced in X-ray scattering and diffraction methods or instrumentation
• Sales experience or knowledge in economics
• Strong customer service ethic and high level of mobility
• Excellent communication skills, with an enduring and team-oriented character
• Self-motivated, sociable, good negotiation skills
• Proficient in German and English
